Smršala je 107 kg za 17 meseci: Nijedna plus sajz prodavnica nije imala ništa za mene. San mi je bio da se uvučem u XXXL stvari!

Sada je neprepoznatljiva!

Megan Si (30) iz Brodveja u Virdžiniji kaže da potiče iz duge loze morbidno gojaznih ljudi.

- Koristila sam sve moguće izgovore samo da bih jela do besvesti. Hranom sam lečila sve. Jela sam u svakom trenutku svakog dana, a uglavnom brzu hranu. Između tih obroka prejedala sam se kolačima i slatkišima - kaže Megan.

Takav život doneo je i posledice - brojka na vagi pokazala je 190 kilograma, a Megan mnogo pre toga nije mogla da živi normalno.

- Nijedna plus sajz prodavnica nije imala ništa što bih mogla da obučem. San mi je bio da se uvučem u XXXL stvari, tolika sam bila. Nisam mogla da idem u zabavne parkove jer nisam mogla da stanem u sedišta. Nisam mogla da idem u restorane jer nije postojala dovoljno velika fotelja za mene. Professional athletes use supplements. Drs. recommend vitamins. Theres countless health and wellness stores in malls and shopping centers for all types of athletes and bodybuilders. But when someone asks me what I did to lose the weight I get blank stares and criticisms over the validity of weightloss supplements. Olympic athletes use supplements. Pregnant moms use them. Student athletes use them. Everyday people use them for preworkouts or meal replacements. Unless you have the time and money to calculate the perfect meal plan macro count and weigh your foods track every iron calcium magnesium % to get your ideal nutrition you probably are missing something. When you are trying to lose 240lbs your doing something bodies dont do everyday. Weightloss and better health are a fine line. You need a calorie deficit to lose fat but if your not careful you could be missing important nutrition that could damage your hair nails or even organs if your malnurioused. You can easily lose muscle which helps burn more fat slowing your progress down more. So if Olympic athletes turn to supplements paired with healthy diet so they can preform at their peak why wouldnt you? Why tell me supplements are todays snake oil? Why tell me supplements dont work? Do professional athletes blame their supplements when they lose? No. because they know like I do that supplements are a tool. A tool designed to help you. A tool that works if you work with it. So instead of telling me I wasted my money. Why dont you ask yourself why it is that your asking me how I lost my weight? I dont hide how I lost my weight. I want people to know supplements work. Just like VGS bypass and prescription drugs works for someone people and not for others. Because these are tools to help you. Not automatically make you a winner at the losing game. Athletes dont become champions by popping a pill. But by working hard and taking care of their bodies. If your trying to do the work of a professional athlete( and believe me dropping 50/100/150/200 lbs is gonna require that kind of work) then you might want to look at getting a little help too. #transformationtuesday #transformationpics

Nisu nju mučile samo otežavajuće sitnice iz svakodnevice. Tolika težina nosila je i teške zdravstvene tegobe, a Megan je rešila da joj je svega dosta kada je obolela od artritisa. Jedva da je mogla da se pomera, a želela je da svojoj ćerki bude najbolja majka na svetu.

- Na Crni petak 2017. godine rešila sam da je to to. Kupila sam neke tablete za mršavljenje na internetu. Međutim, to je bila samo motivacija. Zapravo sam od tad počela da se pitam šta mogu da uradim za svaki obrok da bi bio zdraviji i manje kaloričan. Usput sam mnogo učila i čitala i konačno shvatila važnost pravilne ishrane - kaže Megan.

I dok se ranije prejedala brzom hranom i slatkišima, kaže da njen jelovnik sada izgleda ovako:

Kada je skinula dovoljno kilograma da može da se kreće, prvo je počela da šeta, potom je prešla na jogu, a onda na kraju i vežbe sa opterećenjem. Tim režimom skinula je impozantnih 107 kilograma.

Danas Megan ima 77 kilograma. Veliki problem predstavlja joj višak kože, ali kaže da će uskoro i to rešiti operacijom. U međuvremenu, uživa sa svojom ćerkom u svim aktivnostima u kojima su je do sada sprečavali njeni kilogrami.
